UNIR-Haïti’s Network Grows: New Partnership with École Nationale Abricot in Salinière
For the first time, UNIR-Haïti has signed a collaboration agreement with École Nationale Abricot, located in Cap Rouge, a communal section deeply committed to transformative education.
This is a historic step for UNIR, marking the beginning of a new chapter in our efforts to promote quality Popular Education with a Latin American perspective.
Through this agreement, the school will begin implementing our Spanish as a Foreign Language program—a tool that is not only linguistic, but also cultural—allowing children in the area to discover and connect with the diverse cultures of Abya Yala.
As part of this experience, we will introduce educational karaoke activities in Spanish, and work closely with teachers to strengthen pedagogical practices grounded in popular education, which prioritizes participation, dialogue, and community.We are proud to welcome Abricot into our network of allied schools, convinced that true transformation begins in the classroom.
